Renovation to a senior living facility in Iowa City, Iowa. This project included the scope of refreshing common spaces such as 6 restrooms, community kitchen, library, lobby, and 2 large dining rooms and a theater. Many of the areas required demo of the materials including drywall, partition walls, revising MEP, removal of fixtures, cabinetry, and flooring.
