Senior Living community located in Arvada, Colorado. This renovation of the property consisted of renovating 35 units on the property. The units ranged from studios to 2 bedroom 2 baths requiring refreshes to all spaces in the units. Each unit renovated required demo, paint, new cabinets and countertops, flooring, doors, and casework.
