Senior Living facility situated in Hinsdale, Illinois, just 22 miles outside downtown Chicago. The project goals were to deliver renovations and reconfigurations to living units, community spaces, lobby, outdoor patios, and a major sewer line replacement during phase one. The second phase of the project followed with demo and removal of all the drywall in the basement of the facility. Since the building was quite old, proper documentation of the building's MEP locations were critical in order to have precise drawings.
